Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, and bonus items are included in the return.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is provided.

For products that have been opened or used, returns may be accepted only if the item is defective or falls under warranty support.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used glass parts or mouthpieces
  • Consumables (herbs, oils, or third-party accessories)
  • Gift cards or promotional items

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection via email.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

Exchanges & Warranty

If your Arizer vaporizer arrives defective or develops a fault within the warranty period, you may request a replacement or repair.
All Arizer vaporizers, including the Arizer Solo and Arizer Solo II, are backed by a manufacturer’s warranty.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or order error.
